You will receive an invoice detailing your order along with The Cakerhi account details, as well as a summary of our policies.

A 50% non-refundable deposit must be made for cake and cupcake orders to be confirmed

If paid after the date on your invoice you will be charged an additional late order fee 

Payment to be made via bank transfer.

Please inform me of any allergies/ dietary requirements within your order form

Vegan and dairy free options are available upon request

All bakes are made in a kitchen that handles allergens such as nuts, eggs and dairy

All orders come with an allergens/ ingredients label on their packaging

2 weeks minimum notice is required for cake & cupcake orders

Any last minute orders will result in a late order fee.

Once your deposit has been paid and order confirmed, you will be asked to agree to a 1hr collection time slot, and given the collection address 

Arriving more than 15mins late for collection will result in a £10 late fee

Orders can be dropped off to your desired location (within 5 miles of Thornton Heath), just enter the postcode when filling out your order form.

The full drop off address is to be provided 72hrs prior to drop off day.

If I cannot get in contact with you within 10mins of arriving at the address, it will be noted as an unsuccessful delivery and your order returned to the kitchen.

Once your order is collected/ handed over to you The Cakerhi is not liable for any damages

On collection please hold the cake from the base of the box - not the sides or bag handles, to avoid damage

Transport the cake on a flat surface e.g. the footwell of the passenger side in a car

Keep the cake refrigerated until 1-2hrs before serving to come to room temperature

After cutting, cake is best stored sliced and wrapped in cling film/ in an air-tight container until use by date written on the allergen sticker on the box
