An order form is to be filled in to make an initial enquiry in which you will be asked:

Name

Cake size/ cupcake quantity

Flavour

Allergies/ Dietary Requirements

Colour/theme

Extras e.g. toppers

Date of collection

You will receive an invoice detailing your order along with The Cakerhi account details, as well as a summary of my policies.
Full payment required for Treat orders

A 50% non-refundable deposit must be made for cake and cupcake orders to be confirmed

If paid after this date you will be charged an additional late order fee 

Payment to be made via bank transfer.

Please inform me of any allergies/ dietary requirements within your initial enquiry

Vegan and dairy free options are available upon request

All bakes are made in a kitchen that handles allergens such as nuts, eggs and dairy

All orders come with an allergens sticker on their packaging

I require 2 week minimum notice for cake & cupcake orders

Any last minute orders will result in a late order fee

Once your deposit has been paid and order confirmed, you will be asked to agree to a 1hr collection time slot, and given the collection address 

Arriving more than 10mins late for collection will result in a £10 late fee

Drop-off

Full drop off address to be provided 72hrs prior to drop off day for cakes &cupcakes

If i cannot get in contact with you within 10mins of arriving, I will leave and it will be noted as an unsuccessful delivery

Postal Delivery Options

Standard Shipping £4.50: 3-5 days (Tracked 24-48hr Delivery once dispatched)

Express Shipping £9.00: 2-4 days (Guaranteed Next Day Delivery once dispatched)

*please note your order will be dispatched within 1-2 days if made before 3pm and 2-3 days if ordered after 3pm. Orders will not be dispatched on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

Once your order is collected/ handed over to you The Cakerhi is not liable for any damages

On collection please hold the cake from the base of the box - not the sides or bag handles, to avoid damage

Transport the cake on a flat surface e.g. the footwell of the passenger side in a car

Keep the cake refrigerated until 1-2hrs before serving to come to room temperature

After cutting, cake is best stored sliced and wrapped in cling film/ in an air-tight container until use by date written on the allergen sticker on the box
